Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our complex care team. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with their nutritional needs, including meal preparation and assistance with eating
  • Encourage clients to participate in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with our team of nurses and supervisors to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements
  • At least 6 months of UK-based experience in providing personal care
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • A minimum commitment of 24 hours a week
