We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Lark View Care Home.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our experienced care team to deliver high-quality care, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility
  • Engage residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and stimulation
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans

Requirements

We are looking for a Care Assistant with:
