Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning and OD Project Manager to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mental health services with workforce planning and development.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to meet the needs of our mental health services
  • Providing guidance and support to staff on workforce planning and development
  • Designing and delivering learning solutions to upskill staff in workforce planning and development
  • Project managing and assisting with the delivery of various workforce planning requirements
  • Providing regular reports, presentations, and briefings to stakeholders
