About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning and OD Project Manager to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mental health services with workforce planning.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with a range of professions within our mental health services to upskill in the Skills for Health Six Steps Integrated Workforce Planning Methodology, designing and delivering various learning solutions as appropriate, including workshops.
  • Support, provide guidance and facilitate service and workforce re-design.
  • Design and implement workforce analysis and modelling tools.
  • Project manage and assist with the delivery of various workforce planning requirements.
  • Provide regular reports, presentations and briefings.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience/qualifications or significant experience of working at a similar level in a specialist area.
  • Specialist knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques to postgraduate diploma level or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and understanding of programme/project management processes.
  • Knowledge of processes to deliver learning solutions.
