Join Our Team as a Hospitality Service Associate

At Dakota Edinburgh, we are on the lookout for a vibrant and engaging individual with experience in the hospitality sector to take on the role of Hospitality Service Associate. This position is focused on providing outstanding service to our patrons during evening shifts, making it perfect for those with daytime commitments.

CONTRACT AND COMPENSATION

Compensation can reach up to £11.44 per hour, based on the National Minimum Wage, with weekly payments that lead to a minimum guaranteed gross annual salary of £26,403 (including expected tronc payments).

This role offers a permanent contract with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, typically requiring work across 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Execute the duties of a section service associate, delivering table service, taking guest orders, and efficiently transporting food to tables.

· Ensure the highest standards of guest service by providing personalized recommendations for dishes and beverages, creating a memorable dining experience.

· Collaborate closely with the Bar and Kitchen teams to maintain effective communication.

· Possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will possess:

· A minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality role.

· An outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

· The ability to work efficiently and remain active throughout the shift.

· Willingness to serve and sell alcoholic beverages.
