Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Sales Specialists dedicated to generating new business opportunities within the Public Sector.
  • Identify pivotal organizations and strategize sales initiatives.
  • Manage IT/Technology and transformational projects to achieve specified business outcomes and return on investment.
  • Engage with senior executives and stakeholders to optimize success prospects.
  • Collaborate internally to cultivate a strong team culture and ensure effective governance engagement.
  • Develop a solid sales pipeline, deliver precise forecasts, and concentrate on meeting revenue and margin targets.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to the broader commercial team.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Management and Leadership within the Technology or Telecommunications sectors.
  • Proven track record in a new business acquisition environment, particularly within the Public Sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with a talent for influencing and negotiating.
  • Sound commercial insight and a proactive mindset to navigate financial challenges.
  • Technically proficient with the capability to comprehend complex solutions.
