Key Responsibilities As a Client Executive, your primary duties will encompass:
  • Oversee the service delivery to clients, ensuring exceptional service levels are maintained in accordance with established client service standards.
  • Identify and present Aon's offerings to align with client requirements, effectively communicating each client's business challenges and needs to the service team and other Aon divisions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

Qualifications for Success

  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships with insurers.
  • ACII qualification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience managing substantial public-sector clients and understanding public sector-specific risks is crucial.
  • Commercial acumen regarding market dynamics, business drivers, competitors, and associated risks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Client-centric approach with a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
