The Client Services Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and Aon, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of services to clients by leveraging designated service teams and specialized resources.

Key Responsibilities As a Client Services Manager, your primary duties will encompass:
  • Overseeing the service delivery to clients, ensuring that the highest standards of service are maintained in accordance with established client service protocols.
  • Identifying and presenting Aon's offerings to fulfill client requirements while effectively communicating each client's business challenges and needs to the service team and other Aon divisions.
  • Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Enhancing the revenue and profitability of your client portfolio, including achieving annual revenue objectives for this portfolio.
  • Adhering to the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and ensuring compliance with Aon UK Limited policies, including active participation in risk management processes (including mandatory training) that could negatively impact the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

Qualifications for Success
  • Familiarity with the Public Sector insurance landscape and tender processes, with the capability to conduct client insurance tenders.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with insurers.
  • ACII or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing substantial public-sector clients and understanding public sector-specific risks is essential.
  • Commercial acumen regarding market dynamics, business drivers, competitors, and associated risks.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Client-centric with a consultative approach and a commitment to excellence in client service delivery.
