Aon is seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our National Public Sector team. This role offers a unique blend of flexibility and challenge, allowing you to work from home and our Glasgow office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the provision of service to public sector clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and alignment with client service tools.
- Identify and introduce Aon's products and services to meet client needs, understanding and communicating client business issues and needs to the service team and other parts of Aon.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the public sector.
- Grow revenue and profitability of your client portfolio, meeting annual revenue targets.
- Work in accordance with Aon's Risk Management Framework and comply with company policies, including risk management and mandatory training.
Our Public Sector team works with clients across the public sector, including local authorities, police, fire and rescue, NHS, education, central government, and other not-for-profit organizations.
Requirements- Knowledge of the public sector insurance market and tender processes.
- Ability to build strong insurer relationships.
- ACII or equivalent desirable.
- Experience managing large public sector clients and knowledge of public sector specific risks essential.
- Commercial understanding of business, including market forces, business drivers, market dynamics, competitors, and risks.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self-disciplined, organized, and results-focused.
- Client-focused with a consultative approach and commitment to excellence in client service.
