Overseeing an Early Years establishment is both demanding and fulfilling. Are you equipped with a clear vision and objectives for this role? A forward-thinking approach is essential to navigate a constructive and creative pathway towards achieving shared goals.

Our community-oriented childcare service operates from a specially designed facility, catering to children aged 2 to 11 years. - Establish a secure and stimulating environment for children to discover and learn.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Implement daily routines and advocate for effective behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the efficient operation of the childcare facility.

Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare setting working with young children.
- Qualified to Level 3 or higher as an Early Years Practitioner.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

We encourage ongoing professional development to uphold our high standards. Litcham Childcare is an Equal Opportunities Employer, dedicated to safeguarding the welfare of the children in our care. Appointment to this role is contingent upon a thorough background check, identity verification, and receipt of suitable references.
