- Cultivate positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Implement daily routines and promote effective behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the efficient operation of the childcare setting.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a childcare environment.
- Qualified to Level 3 or higher as an Early Years Practitioner.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

We encourage ongoing professional development to uphold our high standards. Litcham Childcare is an Equal Opportunities Employer and is committed to safeguarding the children in our care. Appointment to this position is contingent upon an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, identity verification, qualification validation, and the receipt of suitable references.

If you are dedicated to early years education and aspire to make a positive impact on young lives, we would be pleased to hear from you. Contribute to a supportive and enriching environment where children can thrive.
