Position Overview

As the manager of an Early Years setting, you will face challenges that are both demanding and fulfilling. We seek a visionary leader who can articulate clear objectives and inspire a shared vision for the future, guiding our team towards innovative and effective practices.

Our establishment operates from a specially designed facility, providing comprehensive care for children aged 2 to 11 years. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of service, currently holding a 'Good' rating from Ofsted.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with staff to plan and execute activities that cater to each child's unique learning needs while engaging with their families.
- Foster a safe and stimulating environment for exploration and learning.
- Cultivate positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Implement daily routines and encourage effective behavior management strategies.
- Work in unison with the team to ensure the efficient operation of the childcare center.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a childcare setting working with young children.
- Qualification of Level 3 or higher as an Early Years Practitioner.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
