Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with spinal cord injuries in their own homes.

Job Summary:

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, medication management, moving and handling, and domestic duties to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injuries
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support with moving and handling, including transfers and mobility
  • Perform domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
