We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our dynamic Pre-Assessment/Outpatient department as a Healthcare Support Worker on a bank contract.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will provide care and support to patients undergoing major and minor surgeries in our Pre-Assessment department. You will work closely with the Pre-Assessment team to ensure the smooth delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Pre-Assessment team in providing care for patients undergoing major and minor surgeries.
  • Collect vital signs, blood samples, and ECGs as required.
  • Work cohesively with the Pre-Assessment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Current or previous experience in Pre-Assessment, with the ability to perform patient's vital signs, collect blood samples, and ECGs.
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
