Healthcare Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our dynamic Pre-Assessment/Outpatient department as a Healthcare Support Worker on a bank contract.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in providing care for patients undergoing major and minor surgeries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing care and support to patients in the Pre-Assessment area
  • Collecting vital signs, blood samples, and ECGs
  • Working collaboratively with the Pre-Assessment Team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current or previous experience in Pre-Assessment, with the ability to perform patient vital signs, collect blood samples, and ECGs
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent
