About the Role

  • Assist the team in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.
  • Contribute to the support and monitoring of patients, identifying and reporting any significant changes that may affect their health and well-being.
  • Assist with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential, with experience in ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures, and patient observations.
