Spire Tunbridge Wells Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Surgical Ward Department.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Role

  • Assist the team in providing high-quality patient care and support
  • Contribute to the monitoring and support of patients, identifying and reporting any significant changes to the appropriate person
  • Assist with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures, and patient observations
