Job Summary:

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled Part Time Facilities Manager to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors, and ensuring our facilities are fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance schedule to optimize standards and performance of our facilities.
  • Liaise with contractors and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage and oversee maintenance-related tasks, including repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our staff and clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a facilities-based role with knowledge of health and safety standards.
  • Experience of managing a team and external contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including some on-call duties.
