About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Facilities Manager to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: You will be responsible for managing and overseeing maintenance-related tasks, including the implementation of a planned preventative maintenance schedule to optimize standards and performance of our plant, equipment, buildings, and grounds.
  • Team Management: You will lead a team of staff and external contractors to ensure a safe and functioning environment, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
  • Liaison and Communication: You will liaise with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Training and Development: You will have access to a range of training opportunities to support your career growth and development.

What We Offer:

As a Part Time Facilities Manager at Elysium Healthcare, you will work 22.5 hours per week, with some on-call duties required. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to our clients.
