About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Facilities Manager to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors, and ensuring the service's facilities are fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising and implementing a planned preventative maintenance schedule to optimise standards and performance of Care Centre plant, equipment, buildings, and grounds.
  • Organising and overseeing all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance on buildings structure and fittings.
  • Ensuring adequate records of the planned maintenance and test results, e.g. Equipment logs, service certification, fire alarm logs.
  • Maintaining safe working practices when operating hand, power and workshop tools.
  • Ensuring that all electrical equipment is tested (PAT) in line with legislation.

Requirements

  • Experience within a similar role.
  • IOSH certification.
  • NEBOSH certification.
  • Understanding of IT Systems.
