Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule to optimize the performance of all building systems, equipment, and grounds.
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance for the facility's structure and fixtures.
  • Maintain meticulous records of planned maintenance activities, test results, and service certifications.
  • Ensure adherence to safe working practices when operating hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment.
  • Conduct regular PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) on electrical equipment to comply with relevant regulations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar facilities management role.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
  • A strong understanding of IT systems and software applications.
