About the Role:
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled Part Time Facilities Manager to join our team on a 6-month temporary basis. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors, and ensuring the service's facilities are fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and implementing a planned preventative maintenance schedule to optimise standards and performance of Care Centre plant, equipment, buildings, and grounds.
- Organising and overseeing all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance on buildings structure and fittings.
- Ensuring adequate records of the planned maintenance and test results, e.g. Equipment logs, service certification, fire alarm logs.
- Maintaining safe working practices when operating hand, power and workshop tools.
- Ensuring that all electrical equipment is tested (PAT) in line with legislation.
Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role.
- IOSH certification.
- NEBOSH certification.
- Understanding of IT Systems.
