We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our client in Ledbury on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent.

The role involves providing administration to the Customer Service Team, processing orders, and liaising with internal departments for product availability.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organisational skills, with experience in dealing with customers and using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

The working hours are part-time, 25 hours per week, and the pay rate is £12.20 per hour with weekly pay. The role requires driving due to the location of the offices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working as part of a team, logging all customer contact, and tracking of enquiries;
  • Making/Receiving calls to customers, dealing with queries;
  • Dealing with accompanying paperwork;
  • Liaising with internal departments for product availability;
  • Managing main email inboxes;
  • Monitoring online customer portals;
  • Maintaining and updating all relevant records;

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous order processing experience, although not essential;
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills;
  • Microsoft Office experience, particularly Outlook and Excel;
  • A confidence and willingness to learn;
  • Experience in dealing with customers;
  • Excellent IT and analytical skills;

For this role, we estimate the salary to be around £12.20 per hour with weekly pay, based on the location and the client's market rate.

This is a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent, and we are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.

The contract is for approximately 4 weeks with the potential to extend, and the role is based in Ledbury, Gloucestershire.
