IPRS Health, a prominent provider of rehabilitation services, is seeking a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) to join our dedicated team. As a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT), you will manage a clinical caseload, providing assessments and therapeutic interventions for patients facing common mental health challenges. Additionally, you will support a small team of therapists in delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a professional qualification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Hold full accreditation or be eligible for accreditation with the BABCP.

Experience:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in mental health, providing both in-person and virtual treatment in public or private healthcare settings.

Knowledge:

  • Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Skills:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication and time management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues.
  • Provide treatment to individuals facing mild to moderate mental health challenges.
  • Offer various support methods for evidence-based treatments, including telephone and digital communication.

Compensation: £40,000 - £46,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time roles)

Employment Type: Permanent position

Work Hours: Flexible full-time or part-time hours available, Monday to Friday.

Location: Remote work within the UK
