Job Title: Digital Sales Solution Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Solution Engineer to lead our digital solutions in London and the South. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth through our latest elevator and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:KONE Digital Experience (DX):
  • Deliver 120 Digital APIs into the KONE portfolio per annum.
  • Develop a deep understanding of KONE's proprietary DX solutions and APIs to enhance value-added sales for clients.
  • Design and deliver effective presentations to diverse client profiles, tailoring content and communication styles for clarity and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal smart teams to develop tailored offerings for clients, highlighting areas of differentiation.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with software/ecosystem partners.
  • Engage in networking activities to identify and onboard additional software and technology companies into the KONE Ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with KONE Technical and Innovation (KTI) and local technical colleagues to address and resolve on-site API challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends, smart building infrastructure, and future builds.
Turnstiles:
  • Drive turnstile sales of 1.5m (2024).
  • Support turnstile opportunities in the London & South region through quotations for all NBS/FRB Salespeople.
Traffic Study:
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and architects/clients/consultants to establish optimal lift configurations for maximizing people flow.
  • Recognize constraints in KONE offerings, from Monospace to Minispace series, and comprehend implications on shaft sizing, headroom, and pit depth.
  • Meet CIBSE and BCO standards through simulations and report compilation.
Energy Calculation:
  • Determine compatibility of KONE offers with clients' Green Building requirements through thorough calculation and assessment.
  • Advise salespeople on required changes.
  • Produce and edit reports to a professional standard.
BREEAM Report:
  • Produce BREEAM reports using KONE tools to determine KONE offers' suitability for BREEAM credits.
Requirements:
  • Engineering background essential.
  • Comfortable in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within KONE and externally.
  • Aptitude in networking and building relationships.
  • Adaptability and good problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, including written and spoken English.
  • Good IT skills.

We will also consider good engineering graduates.
