Lead a New Residential Care Service

We are partnering with a leading healthcare organization to launch a new residential care service in East Lancashire. As a seasoned Registered Nurse and experienced Care Home Manager, you will lead a team to provide high-quality care and support to adults and young people with complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of services meets Good or Outstanding CQC Inspection Framework Standards
  • Engage with residents, relatives, health professionals, and local authorities to establish a sustainable and caring environment
  • Effectively lead safeguarding processes and establish policies to guarantee service user experience meets the highest standards
  • Liaise with the Executive Management team and develop colleagues internally

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience, plus great additional benefits. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your career and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with experience in managing residential, nursing, or hospital services supporting complex care needs
  • Proven track record of managing services recognized by the CQC as Good or Outstanding
  • Ability to lead safeguarding processes and establish policies to guarantee service user experience meets the highest standards
