Lead a New Residential Care Service

We are partnering with a leading healthcare company to launch a new residential care service in East Lancashire. As a seasoned Registered Nurse and experienced Care Home Manager, you will lead a team to provide high-quality care and support to adults and young people with complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality of services meets Good or Outstanding CQC Inspection Framework Standards
  • Engage with residents, relatives, health professionals, and local authorities to establish a sustainable and caring environment
  • Effectively lead safeguarding processes and establish policies to guarantee service user experience
  • Liaise with the Executive Management team to develop colleagues and contribute to the growth of the organization
About the Role:

This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience, plus great additional benefits. As a Care Home Manager, you will be working within a legislative framework with specific knowledge regarding CQC outcomes, regulations, and standards.
