We are partnering with a leading healthcare company to launch a new residential care service in East Lancashire, and we are seeking an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead the team.

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of up to £65,000, depending on experience, and great additional benefits.

As a Registered Nurse and experienced Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of services meets the highest standards, engaging with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals to establish a sustainable and caring environment, and effectively leading safeguarding processes.
