Residential Childcare Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Baby Group Leader Level 3. As a key member of our children's residential home, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people aged 6 to 17 who have experienced early life trauma, neglect, or abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee shifts with Residential Support Workers
- Manage risks in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Stay informed on current legislation, such as the Children's Homes Regulations 2015
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care
- OR Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce Diploma
- OR Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner (Residential Pathway)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in children's or young adults' residential care within the last 5 years
- A full manual driving licence
- A passion for supporting children and young people and a commitment to their development
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
