Bank Childrens Residential Support Worker

As a Bank Children's Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to children in our residential homes. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that allows our young people to thrive.

Essential requirements include:
- A Full driving licence, issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
Previous experience in residential childcare is desirable, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work, and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices.
