Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Support Worker to join our team at Burnley Holy Trinity Church Of England Primary School.
About the Role: As a Family Support Worker, you will work closely with children, young people, and families to identify and assess their needs and develop effective plans to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a child-centred approach to support the needs of the community
- Develop and deliver shared initiatives for children, young people, and families
- Collaborate with other professionals to identify and address barriers to learning
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to families to enhance their well-being
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 3 Qualification or equivalent, experience of working with children and families, and a current driving license.
