Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, fun, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's development and well-being.
  • Conduct observations to identify gaps in children's development and implement targeted support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EYFS framework and implement best practices in your daily work.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals.
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in practice.
  • Relevant experience working with children in a childcare setting.
  • Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS Qualification or equivalent.
  • Enhanced DBS Check.
