Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Room Leader to join our team. As a Preschool Room Leader you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children, providing them with a safe and stimulating learning environment. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement age-appropriate activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement engaging activities that align with the curriculum and meet the individual needs of each child
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow
- Provide age-appropriate activities that promote the development of social skills, language skills, cognitive skills, and fine and gross motor skills
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration
- Assess the progress of each child and provide regular feedback to parents regarding their child's development
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials for daily activities
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, materials, and classroom activities
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
- Leadership qualities to guide and inspire young learners
- Relevant Childcare qualifications to at least level 3
