Residential Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Home Manager to join our client's team in Burnley. As a leading provider of residential, nursing, dementia, and palliative care, our client is committed to delivering high-quality care services to their residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the care home, including managing budgets and resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Residential Home Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
