Lead a New Residential Care Service in East Lancashire

We are partnering with a leading healthcare company to launch a new residential care service in East Lancashire, and we are seeking an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead the team.

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of up to £65,000, depending on experience, and great additional benefits.

As a Registered Nurse and experienced Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of services meets the highest standards, engaging with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals to establish a sustainable and caring environment, and effectively leading safeguarding processes.

You will also be responsible for establishing policies and procedures to guarantee service user experience meets the highest standards, and for liaising with the Executive Management team to develop colleagues internally.
