Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff supervision, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and incident reporting.
- Liaise with residents' families and external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- An annual salary of £45,000.
