About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Manager to join our team at Countrywide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for winning instructions to new sites and developing relationships with developers in your area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge and develop relationships with developers in the area to secure new business opportunities.
  • Win instructions to new sites and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties.
  • Gain and maintain sole agency agreements with developers to ensure a steady stream of new business.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of relationship with developers, ensuring a strong reputation for Countrywide.
  • Act as the central point of contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors, providing updates on new business opportunities and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with new site developments in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for Countrywide.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new homes sales, preferably with an estate agency or builder/developer.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with developers and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, taking the initiative to drive results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
