Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Manager to join our team at Countrywide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for winning instructions to new sites and developing relationships with developers in your area.

About the Role

  • Forge and develop relationships with developers in the area to secure new business opportunities.
  • Win instructions to new sites and negotiate contracts to ensure the company's interests are protected.
  • Gain and maintain sole agency agreements with developers to increase revenue and market share.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of relationship with developers, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Directors.
  • Stay up-to-date with new site developments in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new homes sales with an estate agency, builder/developer, or estate agency.
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on your own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
