Job Title: Desk Based Account Executive

At PIB Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Desk Based Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and driving business growth through relationship building and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial insurance products and services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial insurance.
  • Demonstrable track record of business growth and client retention.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets.
