Entry-Level Regional Sales Manager
The Entry-Level Regional Sales Manager plays a crucial role in fostering and expanding sales within established accounts while also pursuing new business opportunities. This position is tasked with overseeing all sales initiatives within a designated geographical area, ensuring excellence and uniformity in product and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a comprehensive range of products and services to both existing and prospective distribution partners and end users.Assist in managing national accounts and enhance national campaign efforts.Expand the reach of independent distributors at a local level.Develop action plans and timelines to pinpoint specific targets and estimate the number of contacts to be made.Follow up on and convert new leads and referrals generated from field and marketing initiatives.Identify, engage, and cultivate sales prospects and additional accounts.Establish and maintain positive customer relationships while promptly addressing and resolving customer issues.Compile and evaluate status reports on sales activities and key performance metrics.Communicate new product and service opportunities as well as insights on competitors.Collaborate within the organization to meet sales objectives.Participate in marketing events and initiatives.Work with credit control as necessary to ensure timely payment from local accounts.Provide on-the-job training as needed.Engage in critical company activities as required.Other responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:
