About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Fox's Burton's Companies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our manufacturing facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all plant and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order and meet the required standards.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with our quality and safety policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling principles.
