Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader

Envirocare Maintenance Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial grounds maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of grounds maintenance operatives
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and rotas
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met in all aspects of grounds maintenance
  • Manage and maintain company vehicles and equipment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
  • Full driving licence and trailer licence
  • PA1 and PA6 NPTC Spraying licence
  • DBS Check and first aid training

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £27,248.00 per year

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 6.5 hours per day
