As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a team of grounds maintenance operatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of grounds maintenance operatives to deliver commercial grounds maintenance services
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure high-quality services
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving licence and trailer licence
  • PA1 and PA6 NPTC Spraying licence
  • DBS Check and first aid training
