Job Summary

This Administrative Support Specialist role in Northallerton provides an opportunity to directly support Financial Advisers and help them deliver exceptional service to their clients.

You will be joining a growing Financial Services firm with a national footprint. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for their clients and be responsible for organizing client review meetings, which take place at least once a year.

As part of the process of booking client meetings, you will also be undertaking some financial planning administration duties such as:

  • Checking and updating client risk profiles
  • Preparing current investment reports and fund information
  • Obtaining any new or missing information

Through creating effective meeting packs, it will enable the Financial Adviser to focus on providing excellent advice to clients.

You will also follow up to check what actions need to be taken following the meeting and liaise with other departments to ensure they are completed.

Benefits

  • Salary of £26,000 - £32,000
