Position Overview


The successful candidate will:

  • Be an integral part of the team at Morson Talent, focusing on the management of aircraft operations and maintenance.
  • Report directly to the Fleet Management Lead, ensuring the effective execution of fleet planning responsibilities.
  • Oversee the tactical administration of the aircraft fleet, which includes planning for maintenance schedules, managing life-limited components, and forecasting operational needs.
Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive Tactical Fleet Plan that aligns with strategic objectives, life-limited parts management, and significant operational tasks.
  • Creating and managing short-term operational forecasts for each aircraft, collaborating closely with maintenance teams to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Providing daily oversight of the fleet's operational performance, establishing priorities for flight operations and sustainable usage for each aircraft.
  • Formulating and maintaining detailed work packages for aircraft maintenance, including technical documentation and resource requirements.
  • Compiling and managing the Statement of Work for all scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Planning for additional and unforeseen maintenance tasks to ensure effective workload management against operational timelines.
  • Evaluating and reporting on the efficiency of maintenance task execution both in line operations and during base maintenance.
  • Managing components of the Statement of Work, including Pre-Input and Post-Output Review Meetings, to ensure maintenance performance meets organizational standards.
