Lead Quality Assurance for Maritime Weapon Systems

MBDA Missile Systems is seeking a seasoned quality assurance professional to lead our Maritime Weapon Systems team. As the primary quality authority, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with MBDA process requirements and contractual standards.
  2. Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.
  3. Manage a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  4. Identify and mitigate quality risks to ensure business continuity.
  5. Develop and maintain quality metrics and performance measures to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in an engineering subject area.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
