Main Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Team, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Assist with supplier audits, invoicing queries, and pricing corrections.
- Process information related to new and existing suppliers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Respond to requests for information from line management, purchasing colleagues, and suppliers.
- Support the development and revision of purchasing documentation and procedures.
