Exciting Part-Time Opportunity

We are pleased to offer a rewarding part-time position for a Customer Service Training Specialist to become a vital member of our team.

This role will require you to work on-site with a flexible schedule, typically spanning three days a week. Shifts will generally be from 11:45 to 19:15 or 12:45 to 19:15, with the possibility of supporting operations between 08:15 and 19:15.

As a Customer Service Training Specialist, you will be at the heart of a dynamic environment, assisting customers with ticket purchases, addressing inquiries, guiding them to their destinations, and upholding our rigorous health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, adopting a proactive and positive approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively and accurately with customers, while coordinating with colleagues regarding service updates and disruptions.
  • Identify opportunities to promote and sell National Express services and products.
  • Provide support and assistance to customers, fellow team members, and driver teams.
  • Contribute to the training and development of peers, promoting safety regulations and maintaining a secure working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proficient English language skills.
  • Experience in front-line customer service within a fast-paced setting.
  • A positive attitude towards customer service and personal growth.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
