About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and order processing support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to consumers to resolve queries and provide product information
  • Manual order processing and management of order and delivery processes on multiple systems
  • Management of ecommerce mailbox and ecommerce returns, including reports and product knowledge
  • Providing product information and responding to customer reviews
  • Contributing to weekly operations calls with the team to discuss opportunities and challenges
  • Supporting and covering for colleagues and other teams as needed
Requirements
  • Previous office-based customer service or admin/order processing experience is essential
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with systems such as SAP or Zendesk is beneficial
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and can-do attitude
