We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Wilsher Executive Recruitment. This is a contract role that requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating work order requests, dispatching work, and ordering parts for field service engineers, as well as coordinating installations and customer information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate engineer activities, including creating work order requests and dispatching work
- Order parts and manage returns, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing downtime
- Liaise with internal teams, including field service engineers, team leaders, and customers
